IVR – Interactive Voice Response
By creating a dialogue of voice prompts and digit entry we can collect data from your callers. Employee Check In
An automated service that documents the number from which your employee is calling, the time of their call, their employee number, and reason for the call. A customized and confidential report of all activity can be sent to you at specified times, which will help to make payroll and attendance records accurate and easy to produce. This service can be used to document on site activities, billable actions, attendance, absence reporting, and payroll hours, and allow for timely response by your staff to fill vacancies, bill customers, or calculate payroll hours.
Multiple Site Call Management
Use one number and let us get your calls to the right location. By providing us a database of your sites, we can callers to the closest location. If customer accounts are assigned to different offices, we can automatically direct the caller to the location that would service their account. Coupled with operator override, this service can provide a flexible option or alternative to an on-site receptionist.
Survey Response
By developing a series of questions to which the caller can answer using a touch-tone telephone pad, data can be collected and collated automatically. You will then receive a formatted report on a schedule of your choice.
